Rotaract club of Central Rupandehi successfully accomplished the 5th episode of "Meet Your Personality", where our resource person respected Mr. Vijay Lama preferably called as "Captain Vijay Lama ", a senior Airline Pilot of Nepal Airlines, he is also a Actor, Social Activist lead the session extremely well with having impactful presence of various leaders from across the nation. Maximum participants got chance to interact in the live session with our honorable Captain Vijay Lama. The session went absolutely impressive with the presence of our Chief Guest Rtn. Rajib Pokhrel District Governor Elect RI District 3292 Nepal & Bhutan, Special Guest Rtn. Azaj Alam Assistant Governor Zone 19, Rtn.Anil Shrestha Assistant Governor RI District 3292 and Mr. Nipesh Dhaka Environmental Scientists. The program was chaired by Rtn Rajendra Karki, President of Rotary Club of Central Butwal, and program moderate by Rtr. Laxman Kharel, President of Rotaract club of Central Rupandehi; welcome speech by Itr.Shishir Banjade Charter President of Interact Club of Central Butwal and was anchored by Itr. Shristi Thapa, Joint secretary of Interact club of Central Butwal. We were much grateful and privileged for the presence of our source of Inspiration; Our Resource Person for today, honorable Captain Vijay Lama for sharing the experiences and views, and making us energies. Bulks of thanks to our pride idol, and tons of love being of lime light for today's youth generation

3. To know more about Captain. Vijay Lama who is the Dynamic, most talented in every field other than Civil aviation like Actors, Singer & social worker who have very genuine personality  & big asset of Nation.

4. To enhance the self dependent & employment of Youth by initiating small work which promote & provide better opportunity in community.
